Meet the dynamic core leadership team driving our success
Tami Jensen – President
An almost thirty-year veteran of the Fuel Industry, Tami has extensive industry experience. Tami started her career with one of the largest petroleum equipment distribution and service companies in the United States in 1994. Tami was instrumental in the creation of SolvOne in 2000 and acted as General Manager through SolvOne’s historic growth. Tami was appointed President in January 2021. Her board of directors is made up completely of industry experts.

Mark Hayes – Director of Sales
Starting in 2006, Mark was involved in the development of tracking and reporting compliance and testing for the petroleum industry. Mark was immersed in the total process. He spent time on sites, monitoring sites, and with decision makers to develop the best practices. He joined SolvOne in 2015 to formalize our relationships with existing customers and to lead us to new opportunities.
Janet Kolen – Director of Operations
With over thirty years of experience in effectively managing multiple complex projects, Janet joined SolvOne in 2018. Janet has brought to SolvOne strong communication skills, an ability to identify risks, troubleshoot, problem solve, and analyze data. She understands, implements, and works with stakeholders to achieve the customers’ goals.
Jeromy Smith – Director of Systems
Starting with SolvOne in 2004, Jeromy has been instrumental in the implementation of our software systems ranging from our customer relations management to telephony to our customer facing portals. Jeromy and his team focus most of their time on customer processes and reporting and our internal organization’s ability to deliver those customer expectations.
