In states where permits are required (like Florida), we handle all permitting requirements. Standardized pricing agreements are available for your convenience.

5. Proposal & Approval – We validate all proposals and parts orders, then submit a comprehensive funding request for your approval—including contingencies.

6. Scheduling & Communication – Once approved, we issue work orders and coordinate scheduling. You and all stakeholders receive clear, timely updates—so you’re always in the loop.

7. Construction & Testing – Our contractors complete the work efficiently. Any changes? We manage approvals and change orders swiftly. Testing is scheduled and results are documented for compliance.

8. Project Closeout – We collect all closeout documents, including photos and completion letters, and ensure every invoice is processed. Your project is closed on time and within budget.
